“I needed an immediate tooth extraction due to brittle tooth from chemo. My friend recommended Dr. Madison. I called the office and told them the pain I was in. I got an appointment for the following day. I was nervous being in a new dental office but the front office and nurses were so warm and welcoming. Just sweet and caring, actually listening to your anxiety. I was escorted to a room and awaited Dr. Miles Madison. Dr. Ethan Madison walked in. I was hesitant because I was expecting his father but after a brief discussion of what I needed and how he could help me, I was SO impressed by his knowledge, his attitude and his demeanor. He performed this difficult extraction to perfection. I never felt a moment of pain and in fact, felt calmed by him talking to me, and explaining exactly what he was doing, while he was doing it. He constantly asked me if I was ok, if I felt any pain, and before I knew it it was done. No pressure. No up-selling in more procedures I should have.
